Term Times & Tony Larson
Been super busy these past couple of weeks completing some design work for NES and recommencing course work after the assessment break. This semester's focusing on Illustration so been getting stuck in to some research for that. Been exploring Tony Larson's work a lot recently, definitely worth a peek if you like the above surfboards he did the artwork for.
Brainpod Flyers
These will be winging their way around the UK in no time. Wanted to create a aesthetically friendly flyer that was to the point. Also stoked to have these printed on recycled paper because we love trees and the environment at Brainpod! Thanks to Iceberg Printing in Aberdeen for helping us create these! Strap line created by our buddies at Rhino Creative in Aberdeen - check em out for all your web design needs they do an awesome job!
Original G
My friend C.C Whyte is working on a project where he has selected some artists and given them all their very own game boy to ink up.
"The idea is to design a new outside cover for the Original Game boy."
Here's my blank canvas. Pretty excited to see what everybody comes up with as it's a pretty unusual brief and will definitely challenge the old noggin.

Rumour : The Bournville Village Emporium
For this event all artists were given the same brief; create a design within a bottle template no bigger than A2.
The team behind Rumour always work really hard to produce top notch evenings brimming with creative energy, so it was a great experience to be involved in one of their events and share a wall with very talented local artists.
I created 3 pieces for the show; 'Panda Colada' (acrylic and ink on wood), 'Beardy Rum' (acrylic and ink on wood) and 'Pisco Punch' (digital print). The digital print 'Pisco Punch' was bought by Diageo.
